Hotel Challis Potts Point

We enjoyed the stay at the venue in Sydney as we were attending medical appointments at St Luke’s Hospital just a few minutes up the road the location of the accommodation was very close to all retail shops, outlets, coffee shops and more we loved it. We did like all the staff and the admin staff in the office who were very helpful, polite and energetic. I am a veteran from the army under DVA and I had difficulties with my disabilities but these were soon overcome getting a room on the ground floor.

I have stayed multiple times and will continue to stay again and again. I gave family close and i feel that it is the best value in the area. each time i stay the stay are excellent in manner and approachable. Whether on the Phone speaking with Jewel to speaking with Ghia the standard of service is always high and always friendly and accomodating. I have some health issues and had an episode my friend came to check on me and after hours Addy came to help him do a welfare check. I was at the time only coming back fro. The health clinic. However it was the exceeded expectation of service from your hotel that absolutely was outstanding. Congratulations.

I love Hotel Challis’ location and its tasteful and contemporary renovation. Reception’s instructions for my late evening check in were clear and the process of getting in and accessing my room key was hassle-free. Lots of dining available near by. Potts Point Bookshop is very close. I had a view of the city. Step out and the Harbour Bridge is in view at the western end of Challis Ave.

I had a lovely stay at this beautiful boutique-style hotel. The location is excellent, with public transport, shops and restaurants easily accessible. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. If you’re looking for charm, comfort, and a prime location, this is a good choice.

Gorgeous boutique hotel.. quiet street but in great location. I stayed in the compact double. Rooms are small but expertly appointed to maximise limited space.. staff were accommodating and friendly. Prioritised early check in for our 5 rooms to accommodate a lunch booking. The communal front room was just lovely & the veranda area at front of hotel was lovely to sip a late afternoon champagne with the crystal glasses provided.. also the ironing board & iron on each level was a great touch. Really happy with this hotel and would definitely recommend it.
